Charlie and his team did a fantastic job helping us move house, he took a lot of care packing the furniture and boxes into the removal lorry, and even protected our mattresses. Having used NJ Cook Removals 4 times in the past, it was the obvious choice when my 92 year old Aunt moved into an assisted living home. The team were faced with the big challenge of a stair lift at the entrance to the flat which posed a potential problem, however, they successfully worked around it and managed to manoeuver everything over it, including the heavy washing machine! I was very impressed with Neil and his team from the first quotation visit by Neil himself through to the moving day itself. NJ Cooks helped us to move from a 4 bed to 5 bed during the new lockdown. They were super helpful and flexible on payment and dates, due to us exchanging and completing in one day. We had some larger pieces of furniture which they somehow managed to get to the floor we wanted them on and the care they took of our new house was much appreciated using floor protection on carpets. Service was professional friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends/ family!

pre move boxes, packing material and tape were left. On the day the team turned up on time and were very efficient and asked where each item was going as they packed the van. Second van arrived for all garden materials and the whole house was packed and ready to go by 12.30pm. Keys were obtained for the new property at 1.30 and all was emptied into the required room in two hours.
Overall very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and all went smoothly on the day which is all you really want.

Nil and his team stepped i last minute after a different company let me down. As I was needing to relocate me and my micro family completely and quickly (within three days) this was exceptionally kind to find space for me. The movers were friendly, polite and professional.
