From our initial point of contact to the completion of our move, the experience was nothing but pure professionalism. First the surveyor came to assess our belongings and then the boss himself conducted a further survey as we had a significant number of items to be moved. The day before our move, professional packers were provided to pack fragile items and get a head start on the loading process. On the removal day, the team arrived early, dismantled everything efficiently and had the loading ..

Contd. Had the loading complete well before 12pm. Unfortunately there was an issue with the chain further down the line & Northstar could not start the delivery until after 4pm. In response, Northstar sent an additional team to assist. They worked together seamlessly with a great team spirit & "can do" attitude. Northstar turned what could have been a highly stressful situation into a smooth & efficient delivery, completing in record time without any issues. Thank you so much.

This was our third time of using Northstar for removals; repeat business because they are absolutely excellent. We moved our 1 bed flat in West London to a terraced house in East Reading. All done within time as quoted and even helped rebuild some furniture despite not being previously agreed. Highly recommended.
All arrived in great condition and I was very pleased how much they could fit in their Luton, which I had prepared to only fill with large items. Bed, wardrobe etc.
